The meaning of is the ability of certain organic and natural systems to regenerate after a disturbance. The notion is applied to the digital context. The artwork “Resilience” is related to the concepts of spring-mass, coming from physics, those of “molar” and “molecular”, from the philosophy of Gille Deleuze and Felix Guattari and the concept of “agency” proposed by Janet Murray about digital interactivity. We took the IMAGE as representation of the physical concept of Spring-mass, where each spring is materialized by the connection between two points. The SOUND has two states: sound on - frequencies that refer to ocean waves and their resilience - adapting while transform the shoreline; sound off - space to experience the tension of the spring net that will always give a specific answer according to the tension of clicking on the spring-mass. But the INTERACTORS are the central point. They are the entities without which the work does not exist if not in potentiality, in becoming.
